OBJECTIVES

The main purpose of the AMCC is to provide Quality Education, Care and Support services to HIV/AIDS infected and affected orphans, at-risk children and their natural foster families to transcend through abject poverty and lead more fulfilling lives. The specifics:

To establish a secure home environment for HIV/AIDS infected and affected orphans and at-risk children where they will receive basic necessities such as education, food, clothing and medical care, and learn the social skills necessary to reassimilate in the communities.
To reintegrate and assist their families through the short term provision of relief materials such as mattresses, soap and blankets, long term adult literacy and vocational training.
To empower the HIV/AIDS infected and affected orphans and at-risk children by facilitating their acquisition of quality formal education through University or vocational levels.

Accelerating for the defeat of HIV/AIDS and the six evils associated with it, i.e. stigma, shame, discrimination, denial, in-action and mis-action which acts a barrier between the orphans ,at-risk children and the community.
Helping the HIV/AIDS both infected and affected orphans and at-risk children to identify, develop their talents and utilize them fruitfully to earn a living.
To employ advisors, experts and other staff for all or any of the objectives of the AMCC
Build schools and a hospital
To raise, mobilize and disburse funds and other resources for the promotion of the objectives of the AMCC
To acquire any movable or immovable property and any buildings and things whatsoever and sell, dispose of, mortgage, lease or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property or rights of AMCC
To enter in any arrangement with any governments or authorities that may seem conductive to the organisations objectives and to obtain from such governments or authorities any rights, privileges and concessions which the AMCC may think desirable to obtain.
To take such steps by personal or written appeals, public meetings or otherwise as may from time to time be deemed expedient for the purpose of procuring contributions to the funds of the AMCC in form of donations, annual subscriptions or otherwise
To apply to any governments or authorities, public bodies, corporations, companies or persons for and to accept grants or gifts of money and of any moveable or immovable property, donations, gifts subscriptions and other assistance with a view to promoting the objectives of the organisation and in taking of any gift or property to take the same project to any special trust which may be prescribed by the donor thereof
To establish endowment fund to receive grants, donation, gifts and other assistance in any form whatsoever from Kenya or from any other source for any more of the objectives of the organisation and to establish non-profit – making foundations in any country or countries for the purpose of receiving donations from private and corporate persons and for channelling the same to the AMCC’s development operations.
To lobby for donor support towards AMCC’s children.
To promote or assist in the promotion of any organisation or company or other body having objectives similar to those of the AMCC
To do all such other things as are incidental or conductive to the attainment of any of the above objectives.
