EVERYTHING COUNTS
The current and existing problem facing Orphaned and At-Risk Children is recognized and must never be forgotten within AMCC Therefore, the net of cooperation and partnership with AMCC must be cast as wide as possible in order to obtain the greatest amount of support for the children as possible. The children of AMCC need as much help as is humanly possible. Therefore, any legal dollar/shilling of support from any person or organization will be equally appreciated and valued.
THE NEEDS AT THE ORPHANAGE
Funds to support the home to pay for feeding, housing and educating the children.
- Food items daily, beans, rice, peas, fruits, sugar, spices, tea leaves, salt, potatoes , flour, fat, vegetable, maize, millet, sorghum etc.
- Domestic farm animals to provide meat, milk and eggs for the children
- School uniform, shoes, bed sheet, beds, blankets, Sweaters, coats, soap, toilet paper, toothbrushes, tooth paste etc.
- School supplies – pencil, papers, pens, crayon, rulers, erasers, scissors, exercise books, teaching aids, playground, equipment, balls, jump ropes, books for library and the classroom.
We invite you to take time to visit us to get to see and know what we are doing and to partner with us and our mission work . Remember Jesus said, “...Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. Then the righteous will answer Him, Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prision and visit you? The King will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” Mathew 25:34-40 NIV.
WAYS TO HELP
Here are several ways you can partner with AMCC...
Gather together a Family Group:
A Family Group is a team of people who will commit to supporting AMCC for one months time. Your group can support AMCC in one of three central needs; food, housing, or education. Along with supporting the operation of AMCC your Family Group will send a personal card with your groups picture letting the children of AMCC know there are people that value and love them. We also ask that you commit to praying regularly for AMCC for that month.
Donate to AMCC's development projects:
- Assist in implimenting an income generating project $50,000
- Build the childrenŐs Home, which includes purchasing Land, constructing classrooms, dormitories and kitchen which costs about U.S $ 86,000.
- Donate a school bus at U.S $ 100,000
- Build and equip a dispensary, staff house and laboratory at $ 120,000
You can give every size gift however small it is acceptable and helpful to the orphans even U.S 1 Dollar.
